Her knowledge of Valuations, Corporate Law, Tax, Legal and Regulatory aspects coupled with deep understanding of business and vast practical experience of working across the transactional landscape, enables her in providing optimum solutions that help our clients meet their business goals, fulfill Regulatory requirements and also help them operate more efficiently.
